DIY Garden Salsa
Ingredients 1 onion a big hand full of fresh cilantro 4-6 garlic cloves juice of half a lime salt red, green or yellow tomatoes carrots (optional) Rinse tomatoes, remove stems, and cut out any bug bites. Peel and cut an onion in half and add to the blender. Add tomatoes, cilantro, garlic and carrots to fill the blender. Cut lime in half and squeeze the juice into the blender. Add a couple shakes of salt. Add cilantro (we add all the stems too) and blend until the salsa reache
