The garden is growing like crazy right now. We have harvested most (if not all) of the radishes in the raised beds, and we are about done with spinach. We still have radishes in the in-ground bed that we are harvesting.

The summer squash should be the next thing to start producing, we have both yellow straight neck and Italian Trombone varieties.

This is our first year of growing the Italian Trombone, so we will see how it does. It isn't supposed to be bothered by squash bugs like other kinds of squash.

We are trying to keep our short plants separate this year, so they don't get shaded out by the climbing ones. We did pretty good with most of it, but we didn't realize how big the bean plants would get, so they are crowding out the chard. We also planted all the yellow squash in its own bed for the same reason.

We are hoping that we will soon have enough produce to sell, we will be sure to let people know when we do!
