About the Recipe

This is an easy recipe for sourdough that uses einkorn flour! It also works with regular flour if that's all you have.

Ingredients

1040 grams (8 cups ) flour

24 grams (2 teaspoons) Himalayan or sea salt

770 grams (4 cups) water

180 grams (2/3 cup) sourdough starter
