Baked Salmon Fillets

Ingredients

Salmon fillets

Garlic cloves

Lemon juice

Salt

Pepper


Preparation

Step 1

Thaw one salmon fillet per person you are serving (half for little kids).


Step 2

Preheat the oven to 400 F.

Then place the fillets skin side down in a rimmed baking pan.

Step 3

On each fillet put one crushed garlic clove, a tablespoon of lemon juice, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

Step 4

Bake for 20 minutes or untill flaky.
