About the Recipe
This simple baked salmon recipe is good for when you need a different way to eat canned salmon, it goes well with ketchup and a side of broccoli or green beans.

Ingredients
6 6oz. cans salmon
10 eggs
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 TBSP onion powder
1 TBSP bakng powder
1 TBSP parsely flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup coconut oil
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Step 2
Pour the batter into either one greased 9X13 baking pan or two regular loaf pans.
Step 3
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden on top.
